Breakdown of who is eligible:

Founding pastor, lead pastor, executive pastor, and associate pastor (with at least 4 years of tenure).
Campus pastor, worship pastor, student pastor and children pastor (with at least six years of tenure in ministry).

The sabbatical should be approved by the church elders/board and spiritual oversight in writing.
